In this virtual adventure, we will explore Sapporo's rich culture and stunning nature, where historical structures blend seamlessly with the landscape from mountains to sea, and delve into Ainu culture. 

Sapporo, the capital of nature-rich Hokkaido, uniquely combines urban life and natural beauty. A short subway or streetcar ride can take us to Mt. Moiwa and Mt. Maruyama, home to pristine forests that are national natural monuments.

We will visit a hunter's camp, learn to set up a tent and spend the night without modern amenities, experiencing a true Ainu camping adventure complete with a traditional ceremony.

Experience the rich culture of Hokkaido by exploring the sustainability efforts embraced by locals in their adaptation to living off the land. This virtual adventure will take you to three distinct locations across Northern Japan, each offering a unique cultural experience. 

Our journey begins in Shimokawa, a town recognized as one of Japan's “Future Cities” for its abundant forest resources. Next, we’ll immerse ourselves in the vast forests of Hokkaido, taking time to relax and find tranquility through the practice of forest bathing. Along the way, we will gather natural items like twigs and leaves from the Sakhalin fir, which we will use to create our own essential oils. This hands-on experience will provide a deeper understanding of what it means to live in harmony with nature.
